Edson is business litigator and trial lawyer who focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, title insurance, contract disputes, construction defects, and insurance claims. He has represented businesses of all kinds as well as individuals. In addition over 25 years as a trial lawyer, Edson brings other analytical and practical skills to bear on his cases. He is a former active duty U.S. Army Intelligence Officer who worked and traveled in Central and South America for four years, assisting with counterterrorism, counternarcotics, anti-money laundering and humanitarian operations. He is fluent in Spanish.
Edson grew up in South Florida and enjoys racing marathons and triathlons in his free time, and has competed the New York City, Marine Corps, and Miami Marathons, as well as Ironman Florida, a 140.6 mile triathlon.

- Represented major title insurer in six-day trial that resulted in $30 Million money judgment; authored appellate Answer Brief that resulted in per curiam affirmance of that judgment. Also, participated in significant post-judgment execution resulting in collection of over $13 Million in assets.
- Achieved favorable settlement for client in $19 Million Guaranty suit; won hearing on Motion to Enforce resulting in payment of fees to our client.
